Message	a turbo help produse aditional HP by forcing more air into the the intake. More air requires more fuel to produce more power. Turbos are rated but how much air then can push and how efficently then can push it. With all the stats (engine, fuel, turbos etc), you can then figure what the max power that can be prodused is. When you see turbo kits for the Z advertised with 'max power possible' that is with both turbos, and factoring in the other condtions.
